摘要 我国从80年代末开始在建筑工程的领域实现了工程监理制度，至今已经有10多年的历史，在这期间，我国的建筑工程监理向着社会化、专业化、现代化的方向稳步的发展。组建了很多高素质、高水平的工程监理队伍。目前我国已经有7千多家监理公司，受监理的项目约占到75%左右，工程监理工作在工程施工建设过程中体现着越来越重要的地位，并且也得到社会各界更加广泛的关注和认可。 大量实践证明，实行监理制对于加强工程建设管理、控制工程质量、工期和投资、确保工程安全、提高工程效益具有十分重要作用。从水利工程建设监理实际来看，存在着一些不容忽视的问题，参与工程建设的有关单位不能很好地按照国家规定、建设程序、规程规范和技术标准开展工作，致使监理作用的发挥受到很大地限制。目前水利工程监理工作因为各种原因存在的不完善的情况，本文将就其发展状况、存在的问题、改善措施及以后的发展方向做初步论述及探讨。 关键词:水利工程监理、发展方向、信息化 Abstract Beginning in the late 80 s in our country has realized the system of engineering supervision in construction engineering field, has been 10 years of history, during this period, our countrys project construction supervision steadily in the direction of the socialization, specialization, modernization development.
