人事管理系统 摘要 本系统是从现代化企业管理中的人事管理现状出发为适应当前企业对人事管理信息化的迫切需求而开发一个操作简单而且方便实用的人事管理系统。本系统是一个典型的信息管理系统，它的开发主要包括两个方面，一是后台数据库的建立，维护。二是前端应用程序的开发。数据库文件是集中存储并管理人事信息的大本营，它要求具有数据的一致性和安全性。而对于前端的应用程序则要求有友好的用户界面，易操作，易使用等特点。 本系统主要包括人员基本情况管理和考勤管理等几个方面的功能, 提供员工记录的添加，查询，删除，员工考勤的登记和统计，生成有关报表，统计图表。以实现用户方便的输入、查询、统计、打印相关报表的业务需求。 关键词：原型法， Delphi7.0, 信息管理系统 英文摘要 This system is that the human engineering present situation from the modernize business management being set out and being developed the simple and convenient practical human engineering system of an operation for suiting present time the urgent requirement to human engineering informationization of enterprise.
