The temperature sensor is PT100, and transmitted the analog signal to the ADC0808, then converted by the ADC0808 sent to MCU. The hardware of the control system include: signal conditioning circuitry、analog conversion circuit and LCD display circuit. MCU process the signal, in order to achieve the temperature control. The article also emphatically introduced the software design part, uses the modular structure here, the main module includes: keyboard scanning and pressed key disposal procedure, AD signal processing procedure, and LCD display procedure. The design of the initial Proteus simulation software debugging, re-use of Altium Designer 6.9 production of PCB board. Completion of the PCB system board, debugging the hardware circuit, while simulation written code burned into the circuit board soldering is completed, and finally to complete the design work through in-kind.
