【】 相關研究 以嘉義地區為探究對象* 王枝燦 ?吳佳蓁 摘要  【Research Article】 A Study on the Relationship between Spiritual Health and Death Attitude of Medical Volunteers -Examples from Chiayi area 　 Wang Chih-Tsan?Wu Chia-Chen Abstract 　　The study aims to probe the relationship and the influence between spiritual health and death attitude on medical volunteers. The people who volunteered in nine local hospitals in Chiayi area were the study targets that were the population. 350 questionnaries, which were analyzed by utilizing the scale of Spiritual Health and Death Attitude that was modified by the researcher, were completed. The research conducted statistical analysis by applying Pearson correlation analysis and Structural equation model (SEM) analysis. 　The research discovered that spiritual health was significantly negative correlation with fear of death and anxiety of death, but it was significantly positive correlation with neutral acceptance. The overall concept of spiritual health can predict effectively the concept of escaping tendency and neutral acceptance tendency in death attitude by Structural equation model (SEM) . 　　　Keywords: medical volunteer, spiritual health, death attitude 背景動機 　　一、瞭解當前醫療志工之靈性健康及死亡態度概況。 　　二、建構醫療志工靈性健康對死亡態度影響模型。 　　 根據前述研究動機與目的，本研究提出假設如下： 　　假設一：醫療志工靈性健康與死亡態度具有相關性。 　　假設二：醫療志工靈性健康對死亡態度具有預測力。 文獻探討 志願服務的意涵 志願服務的定義 　　Levin(1977)指出志願服務是無報酬、自願奉獻的人們，從事各類型的社會福利工作。志願服務起源於宗教的積功德及福報的觀念，此類觀點 綜合前述可知，志願性服務是本於個人 醫院志願服務工作 　　　醫療志工對醫院而言是重要的人力資源，透過招募、遴 選、任用、訓練、督導等過程，目前已建構一套專業管理模式。醫療志工在藉由服務病患等活動，進而使自我獲得新的人生 體悟，培養健全且成熟的人格(范美翠，2004)。龍紀萱、李依 霙、陳琬茹、林佩瑩、林宜璇與施勝烽(2010)指出醫院志工不僅提供病人或家屬的直接服務，也支援行政工作，甚到服務推廣至社區，醫療志工醫療 靈性健康的意涵與相關研究 靈性層面為內在、無形資產，促使人與人、人與神、人與環 境之相互連結，建立良好的和諧關係進而獲得有意義的人生，同時靈性可以視為是一種能量的來源，可供提昇個人的成長與生活品質的增進(Naraya-nasamy, 2004；Purdy ＆ Dupey, 2005)。 靈性健康的意涵 靈性(spirituality)源自於拉丁文字根spiritus，英語的spirit，　　有心、靈魂、精神、活力、力氣等意思，最初是精氣之意，堪稱是生命力的核心(王珍妮譯，2003)。靈性需透過不同的角度詮釋，這些角度包含精神心理層面、宗教層面及超越個人心理層面(伍育英，2006)
