中老年脑出血患者并发患侧下肢静脉血栓原因分析和预防对策13例 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.2.7 　　摘 要 目的：探讨分析中老年脑出血患者并发患侧下肢静脉血栓（DVT）的形成原因及预防措施。方法：回顾分析13例中老年脑出血患者并发DVT的临床资料，患者确诊后给予抗血小板、抗凝及溶栓等多种方法治疗，以观察疗效并进行原因分析和制定预防对策。结果：13例患者经治疗后，治愈9例，好转2例，死亡2例，有效率84.62%。经分析DVT形成的主要原因为患肢瘫痪、血液高凝、血管壁损伤、血流缓慢及血管内异物所致。结论：中老年脑出血下肢静脉血栓是由多因素促使形成的，合理预防，可避免下肢静脉血栓发生。患者一旦确诊，采用抗血小板、抗凝及溶栓等措施治疗，可降低死亡率以及致残程度，提高患者生活质量。 　　关键词 脑出血 患侧下肢静脉血栓 原因 预防 　　Reason and countermeasure of cerebral hemorrhage with ipsilateral deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients of 13 cases 　　Tian Ying 　　The first internal medicine department of the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Anyang City in Henan Province， 455000 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the analysis of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients with lower limb venous thrombosis（DVT）of the causes and preventive measures.Methods：Retrospective analysis July 2007～2013 June 13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients with DVT clinical data of patients diagnosed after giving antiplatelet，anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy and other methods to observe the effects and causes of analysis and development of preventive measures.Results：13 patients were treated，9 cases were cured，improved in two cases，2 deaths，the effective rate was 84.62%.DVT was the main reason for the formation of limb paralysis analysis，blood coagulation，vascular wall damage，and slow blood flow caused by intravascular foreign body.Conclusion：The middle-aged brain hemorrhage deep vein thrombosis is the formation of multiple factors have contributed to，reasonable precautions，to avoid the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis.Once diagnosed patients，using measures antiplatelet therapy，anticoagulation and thrombolysis，can reduce mortality and degree of disability and improve the quality of life of patients. 　　Key words Cerebral hemorrhage；Lower limb venous thrombosis???The reason；Prevention 　　脑出血已成为临床中老年人常见的疾病之一，是中老年高血压患者一种常见的严重脑部并发症。脑出血是指非外伤性脑实质内血管破裂引起的出血，也称自发性脑出血，占所有脑血管疾病的20%～25%[1]，急性期的死亡率高达30%～40%，在脑血管疾病当中其致残率与死亡率为最高
