9.3 diplomatic and consular immunity-difference of the two immunities (1) Embassy building has absolute immunity contrasted with the limited immunity of consular building. ① The consular buildings cannot be entered into the working place instead of entire building. ②The consent of the head of the consular post may, however, be assumed in case of fire or other disaster requiring prompt protective action. (2) Consular officers shall not be liable to arrest or detention pending trial, except in the case of a grave crime and pursuant to a decision by the competent judicial authority. (3) If crimi
