内 容 摘 要 本文研究从两方面展开 一为版本 一为思想 版本部分首先对陆贽所有作品进行综合论述 然后对 陆宣公集 在宋代的流 传情况进行考察 分宋以前 北宋 南宋三个时期来分期论述并详细介绍了今存南 宋蜀刻本的情况 其次对现存 陆宣公集 的善本 四部丛刊 本的版本鉴定提供一些补充意见 最后是对 陆宣公集 现代整理情况的考察 思想部分集中讨论陆贽的政治思想 陆贽的治道观是政治以民为本 政治以民 情为本 陆贽的君道观是 圣人感人心而天下和平 其君道观的最高实践是从罪 己到改过 陆贽的臣道观是 体至公循国之意 其臣道观又表现为 克己奉公 公而正 公而直 关键词 制诰 奏草 中书奏议 人情 民本 罪己 纳谏 至公 Abstract The thesis is divided into two parts : the research on bookluxuangong Ji‘s edition and luzhi’s political thoughts. The imperial edicts, the drafted statements to the throne and petitions to the emperor as a minister consist of the bookluxuangong Ji. Part , attempts to introduce bookluxuangong Ji’s state of transmission in the song dynasty, the existing reliable text si bu cong kan , and the situation of luzhi’s other works. Meanwhile, the part also verifies one of luzhi’s scattered writings . Part , offers discussions on luzhi’s political thoughts from three aspects separately : the principle for a nation’s government,the responsibility as an emperor should undertake, the responsibility as an courtier should shoulder on. With respect to the principle for a nation’s government, luzhi suggested emperor Dezong pay much attention to the will of the people .In luzhi’s reports to the throne, he expressed his opinion: the policies of the government should follow and reflect the public sentiments. As for the responsibility as an emperor should undertake, luzhi asked emperor Dezong to blame himself for the suffering of the people when they were in the most difficult period, only in this way, people may forgive him and return to the reconstitution of the country. With the peace coming, luzhi remonstrated with emperor about acting in sincerity,
