白花紫露草染色体核型分析 摘要：本实验采用染色体常规压片法，结合显微摄影技术和potoshop图像处理技术对鸭跖草属(CommelinaL.)植物饭包草(Commelina bengalensisL.)的染色体数目和核型进行了研究，结果表明：饭包草染色体数为2n=54，核型公式为2n=2x=54=4M+14m+12sm+22st+2t. 染色体长度类型公式：2n=54=12L+2M2+20M1+20S.全组染色体总长为347.47μm,长臂总长为305.13μm。核型不对称系数为70.00%，核型属于Steabins核型分类中的“3C”类型。 关键词：饭包草；染色体；核型分析 Karyotype Analysis of Commelina communsis Abstract: The chromosome number and karyotype of Commelina communsis L were studied through normal method of sheeting with the technique of microphotography and software photoshop.The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n=54 an
