青岛市农业可持续发展评价及对策研究摘要从中华民族五千多年的发展历程来看，中国是一个传统农业大国。中国的基 本国情就是人口众多，资源匮乏，这就要求我们寻求一种全新的农业发展模式。 一种新的农业发展观—可持续发展观成为时代的潮流，在国际社会上引起共识。 进入到 21 世纪以来，严峻的农业形势给农业的发展带来了各种考验，党中央越来越重视农业与农村的发展。到 2013 年为止，中央已经连续十年出台了聚焦“三 农”的“一号文件”。青岛市是山东省经济强市，是半岛地区最重要的沿海农业 区。青岛市农业是否可持续发展，不但事关全市农村社会安定问题，而且关系到 其经验能否被山东乃至全国借鉴。鉴于以上情况，本论文着手对青岛市农业可持 续发展情况进行综合研究。首先，本文以农业可持续发展理论为先导，分析研究青岛市农业目前发展状 况，搜集相关原始数据并确定相关评价模型，构建了包括四大系统、二十九项具 体指标的农业可持续发展评价指标体系，并运算得出结果；其次，分析青岛市农 业可持续发展能力状况以及存在的制约因素，对搜集的原始数据进行分析，进一 步得出制约青岛市农业可持续发展的因素，主要从经济、资源环境、社会、科技 四个方面进行阐述；最后，结合青岛市农业的基本情况和制约因素，以及国内现 有发展模式和国外先进的农业可持续发展经验启示，得出青岛市农业可持续发展 的优势和差距所在，并以此为基础，阐述青岛市农业可持续发展的建议措施。关键词：青岛市；农业可持续发展；制约因素；评价分析；对策措施The research on evaluation and countermeasures of agricultural sustainable development in QingdaoAbstractFrom the five thousand years of Chinese history about the development, china is a traditional agricultural nation.
