* This is roller press. It coats the materials of the required thickness firmly to the aluminum foil and copper foil through the middle big roller. Back to 2005,phylion developed domestic 1st roller press with diameter 800mm together with the manufacturer. Improving the compression ratio of the foil, it ensures the performance of the battery effectively. Currently, Phylion has the widest roller press with the diameter 860mm which make the foils more solid and uniform.It does great benefit to the consistency of the battery. * It’s cross-sectional unit, cutting the compacted aluminum foil and copper foil to the required width. This program was purely manual operation before. And all is instead of machine operation. It increases the productivity and production safety. * This is die-cutting machine. cutting the sectional pieces to the definite shape. Till now the foil has been produced. Notes： Die-cutting machine. In early time, people use knife to cut, the efficiency is very low. Then we developed manual operation cutting machine. Now one person can operate more than 10 sets,100 times more efficiency. To ensure the consistency of the foil size, we use the patterns imported from Japan instead of domestic product. Now we have 23 die-cutting machines for anode and 22 for cathode. * The main function: Transfer the good foils after inspection from downstairs to cell workshop. Combine the single anode foils with cathode foils to a cell through numbers of procedures and format the cell to activate the substance. Detect and sort out cells following the certain standard for assembling use. The cell is core material in phylion. To ensure the quality, cell workshop has a high requirement of dust and air humidity. So we don’t enter the workshop, just take a look in buffer zone.
