PAGE PAGE 12“春晓计划项目建议书Proposals for“CHUN XIAO Plan”Applicant Organization: Xi’anAddress: #277 West Youyi Rd., Xi’anTel: 029 029ax: 029-mail： HYPERLINK mailto:jiaofy@yeah.net jiaofy@yeah.netConsultant：Fuyong Jiao“春晓”计划项目建议书儿童的成长需要一个安全的生存环境，随着越来越多的关于儿童非意外伤害，特别是儿童性虐待的案例见诸报端，中国现有关于儿童个人安全教育的缺失日益显露，因此建立一个以防止儿童性虐待未核心内容的教育计划就显得尤为重要。The growth of children in require of a safe living environment, as more and more non-accidental injuries to children arose, especially cases of children sexual abuse frequently occur, nowadays, the lack of child personal safety education in China is becoming increasingly apparent, thus it is essential to launch an educational program focus on child sexual abuse protection.儿童性虐待作为一个社会问题，他不仅仅影响着儿童的身心健康发展，同时对家庭、对社会都将产生巨大的负面影响。Child sexual abuse has been recognized as a social problem, which not only influences the healthy development of children both physically and mentally, but also brings about adverse impacts on families and society.西安博爱儿童虐待预防救助中心作为中国大陆唯一一家预防救助受虐儿童的机构，自2007年起，在Wheat Ridge基金的支持下，与菲律宾儿童性侵犯防治中心（以下简称CPTCSA）合作在陕西省开展了为期三年的“春晓”计划项目，编写了大量关于儿童个人安全课程的教辅材料，同时为陕西省18所学校的教师进行了儿童个人安全课程的培训，取得了显著的效果。Xi’an Philanthropic Child Abuse Treatment Aid Center serves as the sole organization of child abuse prevention and protection in the mainland China, since 2007, under the support of Wheat Ridge fund, cooperates with the CPTCSA, the center has carried out “CHUN XIAO PLAN” in Shaanxi which lasts for three years. The center staff has compiled many teaching materials on child personal safety curriculum. Meanwhile, relevant trainings were delivered to teachers from 18 primary schools in Shaanxi, which has achieved marvelous results.为了进一步巩固和扩大项目成果，使更多的孩子受益，西安博爱儿童虐待预防救助中心计划与CPTCSA继续合作，运用现有的经验和资源，在陕西省境内对更多的学校教师进行培训，使更多的孩子受益，更加系统的建立一个以学校为核心的儿童性虐待预防体系，以提高儿童自我保护意识及教师、家长在预防、发现和处理案例方面的技能。In order to further strengthen and enlarge the fruits of the project, and to benefit more children, Xi’an Philanthropic Child Abuse Treatment Aid
