The antitumor acute irradiation model arm is better than IMRT arm. Only use C225 has no antitumor effect.。 2. IMRT model prolonged fraction delivery time,and downed the expression of Bax.Only use C225 have some effect of inducing apotosis,but combine radiotheraphy have no change than only radiotherapy. 3.
