TheCCl4-inducedchemicaloxidativestressmicewereusedtostudythehealthcareeffectsofwaterextractofC.militarismycelia(WECM)asfeedadditiveformonogatricmammals:ICRmicewererandomlydividedintonormal,controlandWECMgroups.AllgroupsexceptthenormalcontrolwereintraperitonealinjectedwithCCl4tomakemodels.TheWECMgroupsweretreatedwithWECMatadoseof0.2and0.4g·kg-1·d-1for21days.Atthesametime,thenormalcontrolgroupandthemodelcontrolgroupweregivenequivalentamountof0.9%sodiumchloridesolutionbythesameroute.Aftertheexperiment,theserumALT,ASTactivities,GSHcontentandIL-2,TNF-?,IFN-??levelsweredetermined.SODactivityandMDAco
