xx大学本科生毕业论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1杭州市公共租赁房建设管理问题研究——以庆隆地块公共租赁房为例 摘要：近年来，随着住房价格的不断升高，保障性住房的调节作用越来越重要。而公共租赁房的出现，将会成功满足城市“夹心层”的过渡住房需要。然而公共租赁房的发展仍处于起步阶段，所以项目建设过程中会存在一些建设管理问题。本文将从杭州市的公共租赁房入手，以庆隆公共租赁房项目为对象，利用实地调查、资料查阅等方式去调查杭州市公共租赁房的建设规模和管理现状，探索其中存在的建设管理问题，并从项目本身、管理制度等方面做原因分析。最后，提出项目前期规划管理、管理制度等方面的建议。 关键词：杭州市；庆隆公共租赁房；建设管理问题 The Research of Hangzhou Public Rental Housing Construction and Management Issues——To The Qinglong Public Rental Housing ProjectAbstract: In recent years, with rising housing prices, the regulatory role of affordable housing is increasingly important. And the emergence of the public rental housing will successfully meet the transitional housing needs of the city sandwich. However, the development of public rental housing is still in its infancy, so there will be some construction management problems in the construction process.
