SLS-1含油污水分离处理系统实验装置设计 摘要：目前，我国大部分油田采用了注水开发方式，每产生一吨原油需要注水2-3吨，因而水和石油生产的关系极其密切，随着我国油田开发的规模越来越大含油污水的产出量愈来愈多。而国内大部分实验设备及其研究内容都是油水分离技术，对于分离出来的污水的再处理还没有专门的实验台。尤其是对水里的乳化油，用物理方法处理还没有看到这样的系统，该方面的研究还主要集中在用化学方法破乳，机械分离法，这种方法势必造成二次污染。本文所设计的《含油污水分离处理系统实验装置》主要是从四个方面（气浮分离技术，文丘里管的空化射流技术，旋流技术，喷盘空化射流技术）对含油污水进行分离试验，其主要目的是为了对：油田污水处理装置设计优化、动态性能测试及分析研究；油田污水处理系统的设计优化及开发研究；空化射流破乳技术基础研究；因此，油田污水处理回注技术的研究与开发对于油田的生产具有极其重要的作用，从而对节约水资源，保护环境具有重大意义。 关键词：污水分离；实验装置；分离技术 The design of experiment equipmental in separatrion treatment of oily wastewater Abstract: At present most of our oilfield water-flooding mode adopted by the ton crude requires every produce injected 2-3 tons. Thus water and oil production relation are very close. As our country oilfield development scale is more and more big, oily water disposing of it is getting more and more .Whereas most of domestic laboratory equipment and research contents are water-oil separation technology. There isn’t the special test bench to separate the sewage processing. Especially for water physical treatments, emulsified fuel still hasnt seen such system, this research is also mainly concentrated in the chemically broken breast, mechanical isolation. This method would cause secondary pollution .This paper is designed by the separation of oily wastewater treatment systems experiment device is mainly from four aspects (floating separation technology, venturi tube of cavitation jet technology, hydrocyclone technology, spray the jet technology) to PanKong separate oily waste-water. Its main purpose is to test for oilfield sewage treatment plant design optimization, dynamic performance testing and analysis.
