摘 要针对设计任务要求，进行了组合式食品双螺杆挤出机的设计。首先，进行了总体方案的设计与选择，确定采用积木式螺杆和剖分式机筒，有利于提高生产效率，降低挤出机的制造难度；然后，对挤出机的各组成子系统进行了设计与计算，主要包括传动系统、加料系统和挤出系统等的设计。最后，对关键的零部件进行了校核计算。总体上看，所设计的食品双螺杆挤出机，结构比较简单，有较好的进料特性、正向输送特性、良好的混合和自洁性能，而且，生产效率也较高。关键词：组合式；双螺杆；自洁Abstract According to the requirement, design modular food twin-screw extruder design.
