武汉科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书PAGE PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1摘 要连铸设备中，引锭装置具有重要作用。在开浇前将引锭上端的引锭头伸入结晶器内,作为结晶器活动底部把结晶器的下口堵住；开浇后,随着钢水的凝固,铸坯端部和引锭头凝结为一体,引锭作为拉坯的传动部件,把铸坯连续地从结晶器内拉出来；当引锭头通过拉辊之后, 脱锭装置将引锭头与铸坯快速脱开,引锭被运送到引锭存放装置收存,待下次浇注时使用。引锭装置包括引锭、脱锭装置、引锭存放装置和引锭跟踪装置。铸坯引锭装置虽然不影响铸坯质量和浇注速度,但它是构成连铸设备的一个重要组成部分,直接影响着连铸机的作业率。短链节脱引锭装置是一种结构紧凑,使用可靠的在线脱锭装置。该结构采用双缸脱锭, 缸头把合在脱锭架下侧的支座上,缸尾把合在底座上,通过脱锭架上面的脱锭辊装置连为一体，脱锭辊采用S25CrMo材质实心辊,辊子表面喷水冷却从而辟免了辊子变形。本文将着重介绍这一装置工作中的运动分析，受力情况以及强度校核。关键词： 脱引锭； 运动； 受力； 强度校核； PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II AbstractIn the continuous casting equipment, dummy device plays an important role. Before the cast start, as the movable bottom of the crystallizer, dummy head is stretched into the crystallizer. When the cast start later, as the molten steel solidification, the dummy head become united with the top of the casting blank. Afterwords, the dummy as a driving part, pull the casting blank out continuously from the crystallizer; When the dummy head pass through the withdrawer roll, specific device quickly disconnect the dummy head, and transported it to the dummy bar. It is stored to be used the next pouring.Dummy device including dummy, stripping device, dummy bar storage device and dummy tracking device. Although casting dummy device does not affect the casting billet quality and casting speed, but it is constitute an important part of continuous casting equipment, directly affects the operation efficiency of continuous casting machine.The short link dummy device is a kind of reliable online stripping device with compact structure. The structure adopts double cylinder ingot whose head in ingot connected to the underside of the bearing. Cylinder tail was closed on the base, and they connect as a whole by stripping roller which is made of S25CrMo. Water was used to cool the roller surface so as to avoid the roll deformation.This article focuses on the device motion analysis, work force status and intensity verification.Key words Dummy bar disconne
