PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 年产6万吨环氧树脂车间工艺设计 设计说明：环氧树脂生产工艺一般分为一步法和二步法。目前低分子量液体环氧树脂和中分子量固体环氧树脂，一般都采用一步法工艺；高分子量环氧树脂采用二步法。本设计用一步法工艺：把双酚A(BPA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)在氢氧化钠作用下进行缩聚，即开环和闭环在同一反应条件下进行的工艺方法。 以双酚A（BPA）为主要原材料，合成的环氧树脂称为双酚A（BPA）型环氧树脂，是目前产量最大、用途最广的环氧树脂，由于它的应用遍及国民经济的众多领域，因此又称为通用型环氧树脂。本设计用此类环氧树脂。本文从生产工艺技术、经济、管理等方面对年产6万吨环氧树脂进行了详细的论述，内容主要包括：设计依据，工艺路线论证，工艺流程设计，全流程物料衡算，全流程能量衡算，工艺设备选型与计算，车间布置设计，三废处理及其综合利用等。设计主要成果如下：每天产量理论值181.82t,实际产量为180.70t；实际年产量为5.96万吨。用水蒸气加热的50 000L闭式搅拌溶解釜；用冰盐水冷却的50 000L搪玻璃闭式搅拌反应釜，材料为镍铬不锈钢0Cr18Ni9 。主要设备： 浆式搅拌器；标准椭圆形上封头，锥形下封头；支承式支座，选用标准为JB/T472—92；釜夹套 ；1 000L环氧氯丙烷回收釜 ；8 000L苯贮槽； 3 0000L脱苯釜；进出料管都选用普通无缝钢管 ；泵选择屏蔽泵B；过滤器。 图纸包括：1）、工艺流程图 2）、物料图 3）、反应釜的装配图 关键词：环氧树脂，一步法，车间工艺设计Annual output of 60 000 tons of epoxy resin plant process design Design Notes:Epoxy resin production process is generally divided into one-step and two-step.
