And it introduces the system communication of the engineering. After the completion of 110 kV substations, total equipment in ZhangLiang accept the dispatch of yulin. As for the design of lines, it only designes PI circuit engineering between ZhangLiang and Yanzhuan110 kV. Meanwhile, substation’s civil fire protection design is made. The substation is near the load center. And the total station layout design is made To ensure the safety of engineering construction and the quality and to complete it on time, this paper finishes the design of construction organization.
