18岁以下年龄组过敏性鼻炎―哮喘综合征患者变应原检测结果调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨低年龄组过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者的变应原特点。 方法 采用德国Allergy Screen Test Kit检测系统对515例18岁以下过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者进行血清总IgE和19组变应原特异性IgE定量检测，统计血清总IgE的增高比例和变应原阳性率，分析其变应原特点。 结果 515例18岁以下鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者血清总IgE的增高比例为77.9%。本组变应原sIgE阳性率前10位的变应原依次是：户尘螨（70.1%）、屋尘（34.0%）、霉菌（33.2%）、牛奶（24.1%）、狗毛（23.5%）、鸡蛋白（12.6%）、腰果（11.7%）、猫毛（10.9%）、早晚春花粉（8.0%）、夏秋花粉（7.4%）。不同年龄组变应原阳性率比较提示学龄前组（3～6岁）最高，达69.5%。 结论 本组中77.9%过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者具有过敏性体质。18岁以下过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者吸入性变应原阳性率前3位是户尘螨、屋尘、霉菌；食入性变应原阳性率前3位是牛奶、鸡蛋白、腰果。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征；变应原；阳性率；过敏性体质 　　[中图分类号] R765.21 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）30-0118-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the allergic characteristics of patients with combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in low age group. Methods Serum total IgE and 19 groups of allergen-specific IgE were quantitatively detected in 515 combined allergic rhinitis-asthma patients under 18 years old by using the Allergy Screen Test Kit in Germany. The increase rate of serum total IgE and the positive rate of allergen were figured out. And the allergen characteristics were analyzed. Results The increase rate of serum total IgE in 515 patients with combined asthma rhinitis and asthma syndrome under 18 years old was 77.9%. The allergens of top ten sIgE positive rate in this group were in turn： house dust mites（70.1%）， house dust （34.0%）， mildew （33.2%）， milk （24.1%）， dog hair （23.5%）， egg white （12.6%）， cashew nuts （11.7%）， cat hair （10.9%）， early and late spring pollen （8.0%）， summer and autumn pollen （7.4%）. The comparison of the positive rate of allergen in different age groups showed that the preschool group（3-6 years old） was the highest， reaching 69.5%. Conclusion 77.9% of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome patients in this group have allergic constitution. The inhalation allergens with the top three positive rate in combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome patients under 18 years old are the house dust mite， house dust， mildew.
