1953～2016年中医药治疗高血压领域研究热点分析 　　摘要：目的 分析我国中医药治疗高血压领域的高被引文献及高频关键词，探讨该领域发展历史及研究热点。方法 2017年3月22日中国知网进行文献检索，检索策略为：主题SU=（中医 OR 中药）AND 高血压，筛选后共下载1572篇相关文献，分批以Refworks格式存储并下载题录，随后利用Excel进行高被引文献统计，利用可视化软件Citespace进行高频关键词分析。结果 高被引文献分析结果显示高血压的中医辨证分型、中医护理为领域研究热点，关键词共现分析则显示领域热点主题还包括中医药治疗临床研究、糖尿病合并高血压等。结论 高血压的中医证型为该领域研究重点，其中肝肾阴虚型备受关注；中医护理为近些年出现的重点主题，可作为领域热点继续关注。 中国论文网 /1/viewhtm　　关键词：中医药；高血压；CiteSpace；文献计量 　　中图分类号：R544.1；G353.1 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.04.007 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）04-0018-04 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the high-cited literatures and high-frequency keywords in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension，and to explore the history and research focus of this field.Methods On March 22nd 2017，literature retrieval was carried out on CNKI.The retrieval strategy was as follows：Subject SU=（traditional Chinese medical science OR traditional Chinese medicine）AND hypertension，a total of 1572 related articles were downloaded after screening.They were batch stored and download titles in Refworks format，then the high-citation literature statistics are carried out by Excel and the high-frequency keyword analysis is carried out by the visual software Citespace.Results The high cited literature analysis showed that the TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of hypertension，TCM nursing as the research hotspot， keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the hot topic of the field also included the clinical research of TCM treatment.Diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Conclusion The TCM syndrome type of hypertension is the focus of this field，in which liver and kidney yin deficiency type is paid close attention to，and traditional Chinese medicine nursing is the key theme in recent years，which can be regarded as the hot spot of the field. 　　Key words：Traditional Chinese medicine；Hypertension；CiteSpace；Literature metrology 　　高血压（hypertension）是一种以体循环动脉收缩期或舒张期血压持续升高为特征的全身性疾病，是目前最?槌＜?的危害人类身心健康的心血管疾病。中医药治疗高血压历史悠久，并已被现代循证
