上海市闵行区_十二五_社区体育公共服务体系现状及对策研究 论 文 摘 要随着我国现代化建设的发展,对城市社区建设也相应提出了更高的要求。城市社区的发展在其中起着越来越重要的作用,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要领域。加强社区建设、社区管理和社区服务已经成为深化经济体制改革的需要。我国政府相继从全面建设小康社会和社会主义和谐社会的高度,提出推进全面健身运动,提高全面健康水平,而城市社区体育占有重要的地位。社区体育公共服务体系是为了满足社区居民的需要,在政府的引导下,通过不同途径为社区居民提供各种社区体育公共服务的总和。 本文选定上海市闵行区的社区体育公共服务体系为研究对象,对闵行区所属的4 个镇和两个街道的社区体育公共服务体系进行调查,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法进行研究,旨在提高社区体育公共服务体系的质量,为社区居民提供更好的社区体育公共服务献计献策,为相关政府部门提供相应建议,为今后闵行区社区体育公共服务体系的改革和发展提供理论依据与实践意义,为上海市其他城区的社区体育公共服务体系的建设提供借鉴,推动上海市体育事业的发展。 研究发现,上海市闵行区社区体育公共服务体系虽然做出一番成绩,但仍然存在着不完善之处:1、社区体育管理体系政府色彩较重;2、体育政策法规不健全; 3、场地器材设施部分地区存在不足和利用不充分现象;4、社区体育指导员数量满足不了社区居民的需要; 5、社区体育活动目标不明确,并且内容具有局限性。 针对存在的问题提出以下几点建议:1、加大体育锻炼知识与技能等相关知识的宣传;2、丰富社区体育活动内容,满足不同年龄段的居民需求;3、完善社区体育公共服务的法规制度建设等进一步完善闵行区社区体育公共服务体系的相关建议。关键词:上海市闵行区;社区体育;社区体育公共服务体系ABSTRACTDomestic modernization construction has witnessed prosperous development in the recent years; in order to achieve overall sustainable development, more emphasis has been laid on improving urban community construction.
