基于LED应用平板热管散热器数值研究 　　摘要： 本文提出了一种应用于室外LED的新型平板热管散热器。为了证明平板热管散热器在高功率LED散热方面的优势，利用商业软件Star-CD对其的散热情况进行了数值模拟，并与相同结构的铝制散热器以及热板-铝翅片散热器进行比较。并通过对初始模型的底板热源布置方式及外部结构进行调整，得出了一款结构优化并符合LED散热要求的平板热管散热器。 　　Abstract： This paper presents a new outdoor LED-based flat heat pipe radiator.
