PAGE PAGE 1詮釋人類學與實踐理論Interpretive Anthropology and Practice Theory葉春榮Fall 2004 本課程主要的目的在討論人類學的文化理論。課程將由Geertz的詮釋人類學著手，接著討論Bourdieu的實踐理論及其他學者的意見，依課程實際上的進度，若時間允許，最後將介紹晚進以來部分人類學家及後學家(afterologists)對文化概念的挑戰。課程的內容將深入閱讀詮釋人類學及實踐理論的重要著作，討論的重點則將著重在本體論、知識論、方法論等層面的分析探究，使學生對人類學的文化概念，以及象徵、文化系統、habitus, disposition, thick description, practice, model of/model for…等等核心概念有清楚明白的掌握。Required books:Geertz, Clifford 1973 The Interpretation of Cultures.
