兰州理工大学本科毕业论文 PAGE III 摘 要 通过对60Si2Mn进行均匀化退火、奥氏体化、正火和回火处理，研究这种材料在高温退火和回火处理下得到的组织，以及对这种材料的力学性能进行测试。通过光学显微镜(OM),硬度计对60Si2Mn组织和性能进行分析。结果表明，珠光体的片层间距随转变温度的降低而减小，不受奥氏体化温度和奥氏体晶粒大小的影响。珠光体是一种硬而脆的组织。60Si2Mn在均匀化退火后可以得到均匀的组织。在相同的时间下等温，温度越高60Si2Mn析出的碳化物等组织越多。 关键词：退火，正火，组织，性能 ABSTRACT By 60Si2Mn the homogenization, austenitizing, normalizing and tempering treatment, study the material at high temperature annealing and tempering with the next to get the organization, as well as the mechanical properties of this material for testing.
