We had so much fun and she enjoyed being the big helper measuring, stirring and then pressing into the pan. We couldnt wait for them to set so we took a piece and her eyes lit up when she tasted what a good job we had done. He was a sick little boy from just a baby and was unable to digest foods, when he turned 6 he went through major surgerys so that he could finally eat. When he came home from the hospital he had to have mushy stuff, we tried everything, until we found vanilla rice krispies. Vanilla rice krispies quickly became the only thing he would eat that he didnt get pain from . So one day i decided to make krispie treats, it was a day i will never forget. ;My girls love the colors of the changing leaves. When I rake the yard, they like to jump in the pile, pick out a few of their favorite leaves and pin them on the refrigerator. I thought it would be fun to make the Autumn Leaves recipe together and let them decorate the treats in their favorite fall colors. They turned out really pretty;1.
