Colleges and universities cultivate and provide qualified talents for country. And the students’ management in colleges and universities is one of the most important aspects in high education management. To absorb the advantages of students’ management from foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan areas, and apply to mainland colleges and universities students’ management, are useful for China to create an effective students management mode and advance the development of Chinese colleges and universities education. The article analyses the differences of colleges and universities students’ management between mainland and Taiwan, aim to find some useful students management strategies from Taiwan through comparing and analyzing, finally promote the quality of mainland students management work and communications between both sides of the Straits.
