You Dong’ Ci of the Dragon Boat Festival preserved Suzhou’ Dragon Boat Festival folk-custom in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, which are the bath in Lan Tang, drink Iris wine, food angle millet, the De- partment of color line, hanging Aihu and dragon boat racing. Due to the convergence of folk and personal emotional choice, his object of worship was turned from the local traditional Wu Zixu to the more common Qu Yuan in dragon boat racing. Through the folk-custom, You Dong expanded the limit of artistic expression; showed the secular pursuit of creation and expressed the deep feelings of Dynasty change.
