CorrelationofShanxiProvincecharacteristicsofadultmaleobesityandphysicalexerciseAbstractObjective:ThispaperaimstoShanxiprovinceadultmaleobesity-relatedcharacteristicsandphysicalexercisephysicalfitnesstestsurveytofindoutthecorrelationbetweenobesityandphysicalactivity,andtodocomparativestudiesbetweenobesityandSportfortheestablishmentofappropriaterelatedtrainingmode,abundantresearchinformationprovidedexperimentalevidence.Methods:Thestudysamplearticlefromthe2010NationalPhysiqueShanxiProvincemonitoringdatabase.Accordancewiththe2010ChinaResearchandTestingConditionsadultphysiquemonitoringsystem,usingrandomclustersamplingsurveyusingstratifiedclusterrandomsamplingtoselectdomicileandresidencein11citiesinShanxi20-59ageofadultmalesforthestudy,theeffectivesamplesizeof14,692people,adultsGroupA7441people,adultB7251people(adultGroupA:20-39yearsold;adultB:40-59yearsofage,eachcoveringfiveyearsasasegmentation).Results:1、thenumberdoesnotparticipateinphysicalexercise78.65%ofthetotalnumber,whilethenumberofregularphysicalexerciseandoccasionallyparticipateinphysicalexerciseratiooftheproportionwasonly11.5%and9.68%；2、AdultmaleDivision(towns,villages)50-54,55-59urbanandruralresidentsinthemalebodymassindexmeanthereisaverysignificantdifference(P0.01)；3、Thesamplingteststargetnumberofadultmalesinregularexercise:GroupA,GroupBalongwithincreaseinthenumberofexercise,BMImeanoveralldownwardtrend；4、Adultmalesoftenexercisetime:Everytimetheminimumphysicalexercisephysicalexercisealsorequiredcontinuous30-40min；5、theexerciseintensityrequiredfortheexercisenowgenerallyadvocatetheuseoftheirfavoritelowintensity,soyoucanmoreeffectivelyconsumestorageofbodyfat；6、Theurbanandruralpopulationmeanwaterindexshowedanaverageincreasewithagewasgraduallydecliningtrend.20-29agespotcheckobjectlevelbestphysiqueages40-49physicalconditiondeclinesignificantlyages50-59sustainedrecession.Conclusions:1、adultmaleBMIindexdeclinedrelativelyspeakingcountry；2、physicalexerciseeveryadultmaleisshorter,lessfrequently；3、withincreasingagesegmento
