规模、平面布局、立面风格、居住设施功能等方面都存在着明显的差异，又具有一定的衔接性。按其形态特征的不同，里弄住宅的发展历程可分为中西折衷时期（1870-1920s），西洋化时期（1920s-1930s）和多样化时期（1930s-1949）三个阶段。②为了满足不同经济阶层的居住需求，里弄住宅经历了居住空间由紧凑转向开敞，天井院落由封闭转向开放，居室环境日益改善的演变，里弄绿化环境也随之经历了“起承转合”四个发展阶段，即经历了从无至有，绿化量由少至多，种植形式由点及面，种植区域由内及外，绿化空间趋于开放的演变过程。③在里弄独特的环境中，绿化扮演着改善环境、营造景观以及传播近代文明的重要角色。此外，里弄住宅绿化的分类格局和所具备的多样性、高效性、适地适树的生态理念对现代居住区的绿化建设具有借鉴作用。为了更好地发挥里弄绿化功能和发扬里弄特色，在日后的里弄改造工作中应做到系统规划，以城市历史风貌保护为前提，同时基于里弄独有的环境，进行里弄绿化景观的营造。关键词：上海，近代里弄住宅，里弄绿化，租界STUDYONLI-LONGRESIDENTIALGREENINGINMODERNSHANGHAI(1870-1949)ABSTRACTLi-longHousing,asacomponentofShanghai’shistoryinmoderntimes,hasimportanthistoricalandculturalvalue,whichshouldbeunderstoodmorecomprehensivelyinordertoretaintheculturalheritagemorecompletely.However,non-systemandvariabilityofLilongresidentialgreeningledtoitsstudyintheblankstage.ThethesisattemptstohaveasystematicanalysisofLilongresidentialgreening,withaviewtoimprovetherelevantresearchfield,andprovideatheoreticalbasisforimprovingLilong’senvironment,maintainingandcontinuingLilong’sfeatures.Throughthecollectionandsummaryofliterature,thethesishasmadeanobjectiveanalysisofLilong’shistoricalbackgroundanddevelopmentconditions,andthendiscusseditsscale,characteristicsandevolution.Onthisbasis,throughmappingandsurveyof9typicalcases,thestudyhasrestoredthegreenplantingplanandfoundtheuniversalfeaturesandtheruleofevolutionofgreening.Furthermore,theinfluenceofLilongresidentialgreeninghasbeenanalysedandtheoutlookforthenextresearchhasbeenproposed.Themainconclusionsareasfollowings:①ThedevelopmentofLilonghousinginModernShanghaiwasassociatedwiththehistoryofShanghaiConcession,whichappearedin1870,developedin1911andfellintodecayin1949.ItcanbedividedintooldShikumen,Canton-styledLilong,new-styledShikumen,new-styledLilong,Garden-styledLilongandApartment-styledLilong.Theformationofthereal-estatemarketandtheconditionsofeconomy,climate,technologyandfacilitiesmadeLilongresidenceshavealargenumberofconstruction.DifferenttypesofLilonghousinghavedifferentscale,layout,facadestyleandresidentialfaci
