华华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract In the light of environment and society, energy supply and consumption is obviously unsustainable in the economy, without efficient measures, energy-related carbon dioxide emissions will increase one time or more in 2050.The bioenergy, which is made from agricultural straw, forestry waste, garbage, sewage, livestock manure, could be used for human production and life. The Earth’s biomass production is huge, and humans already have traditional biomass use history for thousands of years. The biomass energy can provide the clean and sustainable supply of energy in the future. The first chapter mainly introduces the current situation of human energy demand, energy consumption structure, new energy sources, such as solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy technology development. And then this paper lead to the concept of biomass energy and the reason of human’s interest in biomass energy. Except the traditional use of biomass energy sources, it introduces more cleaner, more efficient use of biomass energy and the development of key technologies. In the second chapter, the United States has become the world’s largest bio-ethanol producer in the biomass energy utilization, and as the world’s largest energy consumer, it is that how they deal with the energy problem and treat the biomass. European Union, Japan, Brazil, India and our country have took the measures to in response to global climate change, carbon emissions; how these countries come up against difficulties in development of biodiesel in the future. The third chapter mainly introduces the influence of biomass energy development on food security, considering the principle of public order and good customs in the patent application and authorization, to raise the standard of patent.
