复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗瘢痕疙瘩实用性分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床实用性。方法：选取2014年3月-2016年3月笔者科室治疗的70例瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象，采用复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯治疗。观察治疗有效率、复发率及并发症情况，综合判断患者的临床治疗效果，分析序贯注射治疗方法的实用性。结果：治疗70例患者，总有效率94.3%，6个月、12个月后的复发率分别为38.6%和48.6%。结论：治疗瘢痕疙瘩采用复方倍他米松注射液联合曲安奈德注射液序贯注射疗法，具有费用低、恢复快、依从性好、疗效佳、不良反应较低、复发率较低、安全性高，患者更易接受等实用性优点，为瘢痕疙瘩治疗提供了新思路，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词]复方倍他米松注射液；曲安奈德注射液；序贯治疗；瘢痕疙瘩；实用性 　　[中图分类号]R619+.6 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2017）10-0085-03 　　Abstract： Objective To evaluate the clinical practicability of Compound Betamethasone Injection with Triamcinolone AcetonideInjection in sequential treatment of keloid. Methods To select 70 patients with keloid treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016， and adopt the Compound Betamethasone Injection with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection for sequential treatment. By observing the treated effect， recurrence rate and complication， synthetically judge the clinical treatment effect of patient and analyze the practicability of sequential injection treatment. Results 70 patients were treated with total effective rate of 94.3%， as well as the reoccurrence rates after 6 months and 12 months respectively at 38.6% and 48.6%. Conclusion As for the patient having sequential treatment for keloid of Compound Betamethasone Injection with Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection， because of good effective rate， low reoccurrence rate and fewer complications， as well as low expense， quick recovery， good compliance， excellent curative effect， high security and other practical advantages， it deserves the promotion application in clinic. 　　Key words： compound betamethasone injection； triamcinolone acetonideInjection； sequential treatment； keloid； practicability 　　近年?恚?瘢痕疙瘩的发病率在不断上升，为临床上常见疾病之一，其疾病特点为皮损边缘浸润性过度生长，无明显自限性，外观不同于正常皮肤；牵拉周围正常组织，导致局部组织变形，局部功能障碍；伴有不同程度的瘙痒和（或）疼痛，严重者明显影响患者生活质量。目前，临床上瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方案非常多，多数较为复杂，实用性差，故寻找一种积极有效、简单易行的治疗方式就显得尤为重要[1]。2014年3月-2016年3月，笔者采用复方倍他米松注射液联合复方曲安奈德注射液序贯注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩患者，取得较好疗效，现将结果报道如下。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料
