桑椹抗氧化活性的初步研究 　　【摘要】 　　目的：桑椹是既是食用又是药用的水果之一，具有很高的营养价值，本文对它所含的抗氧化活性成分进行了研究。方法：新鲜桑椹的甲醇提取物用乙酸乙酯萃取后，通过硅胶柱层析、薄层层析等进行分离，得到的馏分用DPPH法测定其抗氧化活性。 结果：经过两次分离，各得到12个和7个馏分，大部分的馏分显示出了很强的抗氧化活性。 结论：日常食用的药食两用水果桑椹中含有抗氧化活性成分，可以通过日常饮食的摄入达到抗氧化的目的。 　　【关键词】桑椹；抗氧化活性；DPPH法 　　Preliminary Study on Antioxidative Activity of Mulberry 　　Wang RongWu Tong 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveMulberry is one of both edible and medicinal fruits with high nutrition.
