The ecological environment al p roblem in t his area is ext remely serious. So , t he main p roblem in planning and const ruction of Yulin city lies in t he regional ecological environment al const ruction . The article , on t he basis of research about t he foreign cities p resent conditions and p ractices on ecological environ ment , aims at t he characteristics in ecological environment in Yulin cit y , p ut s forwar d a t heory frame about regional ecological environment al const ruction of Yulin city from seven aspect s. The const ruction idea of Yulins regional ecological environment is to imit ate nat ure , sti
