全国环保科技大赛参赛论文 PAGE PAGE 1 2012年(首届)全国大学生环保科技大赛 科技理念类作品 题目:沼渣回用生产瓦楞原纸试验设计 摘 要 本着环保循环再用的探究精神,我们试验将造纸污泥厌氧消化脱水后的沼渣部分进行回抄瓦楞原纸。首先我们对沼渣的基本理化性质进行测定，分析沼渣是否符合抄纸要求，并与造纸污泥的基本理化性质进行对比，分析生物降解等作用对沼渣中纤维的影响。在试验中我们发现造纸污泥中主要成分为细小纤维，虽然长度比较短，但其同原浆植物纤维似，存在活泼的羟基，可以发生一系列与羟基有关的衍生化学反应，如酯化、醚化、接枝共聚和交联等。造纸污泥与原浆植物纤维具有类似的抄造性能，仅是相对应的强度指标不高。但是，造纸污泥经过厌氧消化等化学生物降解作用后，其木质素、纤维素和半纤维素含量、纤维素长度皆有所下降，其会影响沼渣的抄造性能。 通过试验,我们成功生产瓦楞原纸,其试验过程主要是以国内废旧瓦楞纸箱纸浆与沼渣为原料,并配加针叶木浆,混合抄造瓦楞原纸,并与用造纸污泥在同样抄纸条件下抄造的瓦楞原纸的各项物理性能做对比，还有在保持针叶木浆比例不变，改变沼渣与国内废纸浆混合比例来回用抄纸，进行各项纸张性能测试，得出较佳的原料配比。通过本次试验设计,我们可以看到沼渣回收利用生产瓦楞原纸具有一定的可行性，对环保创新仍有强大的发展潜力。 关键词:沼渣；瓦楞原纸；环保创新 Abstract In line with environmental protection recycle exploring spirit, we try to use the biogas residues of the paper sludge which is after anaerobic digestion and dehydration to do the papermaking of corrugated medium. First of all, we have the basic physicochemical properties measured,analyse whether the biogas residues are satisfactory for the papermaking, compare the basic physicochemical properties with the paper sludgesdata,and analyse the influence on the fiber after biodegradation.In the experiment, we found that the main ingredient of paper sludge is fiber fines, although the length is short, but its similar to magma plant fiber. There is lively hydroxy,and it can occur a series of alcohol related derivative chemical reactions, such as esterification and etherification, graft copolymerization and crosslinking, etc. Papermaking sludge and the protoplasm plant fiber have similar manufacture paper with pulp properties,and only the corresponding strength index is not high.But, the papermaking sludge after chemical biodegradation like anaerobic digestion,the lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose content, cellulose length is declined, it will affect the ablities of biogas residues to make paper.
