With Chinas sustained rapid growth, increasing investment in infrastructure projects, but because of the failure to strengthen the construction quality management, quality engineering major accidents continue to occur industry, to life and property safety of the people of the country and caused considerable damage and harm it will also bring negative effects to society. So to ensure project quality, is a project can play its role in the most important factor. To ensure quality, we have served to clarify the factors affecting the quality of the project, the factors affecting the quality of the project are mainly personnel, machinery, materials, methods and seasonal climate, we should actively address these factors to analyze these adverse factors arising reasons for this to work out countermeasures program, try to pay attention to and resolve these adverse factors in the construction process, not only can speed up the construction speed, reduce the waste of money on, you can also improve the quality of construction projects.
