PAGE PAGE I 南水北调中线工程对焦作市的影响为例 摘 要 “南水北调”工程是我国一项具有重要战略意义的工程，中线工程从根本上解决华北地区水资源短缺问题，维持社会、经济、生态的可持续发展。南水北调中线工程建设，必将对焦作城市建设产生重大影响。深入分析这些影响，研究当地如何采取有效的应对措施及国家根据实际情况怎样给予相应的配套政策，对于焦作配合国家建设好南水北调中线工程，并促进焦作城市建设，使焦作城市建设与该工程相协调，具有重要意义，同时也将给南水北调中线工程沿线城市建设提供积极的借鉴价值。 本论文以南水北调中线工程对焦作市的影响为例，通过对焦作市的概况了解以及对南水北调基本概况的分析，结合对南水北调焦作段工程的实地考察，在景观环境方面运用对比法，在文化产业方面运用文献资料法，在经济方面运用经验总结法，在交通方面运用个案法，来揭示南水北调的建设对焦作市的影响。进而改善现有规划方案，使南水北调的建设与焦作市的发展有机的结合，工程与城市共同发展共同进步。 关键词：南水北调 可持续发展 焦作 城市建设 ABSTRACT “South-to-North water diversion” project is a strategically important country of the project, transfer project from the fundamental solution to water shortages in north China, to maintain social, economic, ecological sustainable development.
