With the help of computers the human resources information management is search rapidly, easy to find, high reliability, large memory capacity, and good security. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of human resource management, but also the modernization of enterprises, scientific and standardized management of important conditions. 2. Development and design Human resources management information system development and design should be based on the concept of strategic human resource management, to improve the organization of modern enterprise management and strategy execution as the ultimate goal, through information technology, from personnel management to formally promote improved human resource management. Standardize the management of human resources, establish and improve human resources management system, integrated human resource management processes to improve the overall level and efficiency of human resource management. 3.
