新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 １ １ 维、汉妇女乳腺癌组织中MDR1、LRP、CerbB-2 检测及临床意义 研究生：闫婕 导师：杨顺娥 摘 要 目的：分析汉族、维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌组织中MDR1、LRP、CerbB-2的表达特 点及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测汉族、维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌共467 例组织中MDR1、LRP、CerbB-2的表达情况，分析三者表达的特点和相关性及其与 临床病理诸因素间的关系。结果：1.维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌组织中MDR1阳性表达率为 14.8%，明显高于汉族妇女乳腺癌阳性表达率（7.9%），维、汉两民族妇女乳腺癌组 间在统计学上有差异（P﹤0.05）；维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌组织中CerbB-2阳性表达率为 25%，明显高于汉族妇女乳腺癌阳性表达率（15%），维、汉两民族妇女乳腺癌组间 的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；2.汉族、维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌组织中CerbB-2在腋 窝淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率均明显高于无腋窝淋巴结转移组，组间的差异在统 计学上有意义（P﹤0.05）；3.汉族妇女乳腺癌组织中CerbB-2的阳性表达在肿瘤大小、 病理类型、淋巴结转移状况中的差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；4.蛋白表达相关分 析显示汉族、维吾尔族妇女乳腺癌组织中MDR1与LRP的表达、MDR1与CerbB-2的表 达、LRP与CerbB-2的表达三者间均无相关关系（P﹥0.05）。结论：汉族、维吾尔族 妇女乳腺癌组织中MDR1、 CerbB-2的表达在民族间有差异，LRP的表达在民族间无 差异；MDR1、LRP、CerbB-2的表达在乳腺癌的发展中不具有相关性，作用是相互 独立的。联合检测MDR1、LRP、CerbB-2三者的表达对分析、指导汉族、维吾尔族 妇女乳腺癌的临床治疗具有一定意义。 关键词：乳腺癌；MDR1；LRP；CerbB-2；维吾尔族 ２ ２ The Detection and the Clinical Significance of MDR1、 LRP and CerbB-2 in Uygur and Han women Breast Cancer patients Postgraduate:Yan Jie Supervisor:Prof.Yang shun ’e Abstract Objective:To analysis the expression and the clinical significance of MDR1、LRP、 CerbB-2 in breast cancer of Uygur and Han women. Methods: Immunohistochemistry methods were used to detect the expression of MDR1、LRP and CerbB-2 in 467 cases of breast cancer tissues.They were analyzed for characteristics and correlations in the manifestations as well as the relationship among the parameters of the clinicopathologic cases.
