万方数据 万方数据 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional reading has been overturned. There are many new ways of reading in our life. These new reading modes are inseparable from the support of network. That is why the network reading culture is born and rising. Now, the network has brought great convenience for us to read. More and more readers prefer to stay at home to read and surf the web.But at the same time university library is facing declining readership and many challenges from the network. In order to attract readers, an urgent need to improve the service efficiency of the library and reading rate by researching network reading culture has been put forward. This article is based on the culture of network reading. In this paper, we use the university library as the research object to explore the impact of network reading culture for the university library. And we also research how to improve the university library readership service. Based on the deep analysis of network reading culture theory, the method in this paper is to stratify the factors which impact the satisfaction of university library, establish evaluation index system of the satisfaction of university library and use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each factors in the system.Finally we can calculate the satisfaction degree of readers of university library.And we use the evaluation as important basis for evaluating the readership service of university library. In this research, we use one of university library in Qingdao to do questionnaire to proof conclusion. By collecting the questionnaire and data processing, we can finally according to the satisfaction formula to obtain the satisfaction degree of students and teachers of the university. Based on the data we can finally find deficiencies and problems in university library readership service. And then we can put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures t
