120救护车规范化管理的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨120救护车规范化管理的应用效果。 方法 我院从2014年开始对120救护车进行规范化管理，将实施规范化管理后（2014年5月～2015年4月）设为规范组，未实施规范化管理前（2013年1～12月）设为传统组。比较两组救护车内急救药品、物品、设备处于应急备用状态的完好率以及患者抢救成功率与家属满意度。 结果 规范组交接班时间及出车所需时间短于传统组，定期检查时间长于传统组，药物、设备应急备用状态的完好率、患者抢救成功率及家属满意度高于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 120救护车规范化管理为院前急救提供了有力保障，可以及时、迅速、安全地转运患者，有效提高了患者抢救成功率。 　　[关键词] 120救护车；规范化管理；急救 　　[中图分类号] R197.61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0169-03 　　Research no standardization management of 120 ambulance 　　LUO Jin1 SU Bing-lian2 ZHANG Zhi-lan2 　　1.Department of Emergency，People′s Hospital of Gaozhou City in Guangdong Province，Gaozhou 525200，China；2.Department of Nursing，People′s Hospital of Gaozhou City in Guangdong Province，Gaozhou 525200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardization management of 120 ambulance. Methods 120 ambulances in our hospital from 2014 were got standardized management.The standardized management were implemented as the standard group（from May 2014 to April 2015），and before the implementation as the traditional group（from January to December in 2013）.The emergency medicine，goods，equipment in the emergency standby state of readiness rate，patients rescue success rate and family satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results Both of succession time and time needed in the standard group was shorter than that in the traditional group，regular checking time was longer than that in the traditional group，and emergency medicine，goods，equipment in the emergency standby state of readiness rate，patients rescue success rate and family satisfaction in the standard group was higher than that in the traditional group，the differences was statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion 120 ambulance standardization management provide strong guarantee for pre-hospital emergency，can timely，rapid and safely transport patients，and improve the rescue success rate of the patients. 　　[Key words] 120 ambulance；Standardization management；Emergency 　　院前急救是一项综合性强、技术性高的医
