26例前置胎盘剖宫产时宫腔填纱止血的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨宫腔填塞纱条在前置胎盘剖宫产中的止血效果。方法:比较我院2005～2006年前置胎盘剖宫产未行宫腔填塞纱条(A组)和2007～2008年前置胎盘剖宫产行宫腔填塞纱条(B组)两组的出血量,并进行分析。结果:A组24例,平均出血量(2 025±254) ml,输血12例,有6例休克,2例切除子宫。B组26例,平均出血量(1 246±173) ml,输血7例,无休克、切除子宫病例。B组术后阴道出血及输血均少于A组,两组在手术时间、术中失血及输血上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:宫腔填塞纱条压迫止血在前置胎盘剖宫产时效果明显,是治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的较好方法。 　　[关键词] 前置胎盘;剖宫产;宫腔填纱;止血 　　[中图分类号] R719.92[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)04(a)-043-02 　　 　　Clinical observation of intrauterine packing gauze to stop hemorrhage on 26 cases of placenta previa during cesarean section 　　PAN Lianhua 　　(Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chongzuo Peoples Hospital, Chongzuo 532200, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the hemostatic effect of uterine packing gauze in the placenta previa during ceasarean section. Methods: The amount of bleeding was compared between group A which the cesarean section with placenta previa that not using the uterine packing gauze from 2005 to 2006 and group B which used the uterine packing gauze from 2007 to 2008, and to analyze the results. Results: 24 cases of patients in group A, the average amount of bleeding was (2 025±254) ml, blood transfusion in 12 cases, there were 6 cases of shock, 2 cases of hysterectomy. 26 cases in the group B, the average amount of bleeding was (1 246±173) ml, blood transfusion in 7 cases, no cases with shock and hysterectomy. The blood loss and blood transfusion after operation were less in group B than those in group A, there was a significant difference about the operative time, intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion between two groups (P0.05).
