1250例四肢骨折患者行锁定加压钢板手术治疗的临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。 方法 我院在2010年1月～2015年1月期间共收治1250例需要行复位内固定治疗的四肢骨折患者，1250例患者均行手术治疗，其中有530例患者选择普通钢板内固定治疗，设为对照组，另有720例患者选择经皮锁定加压钢板治疗，设为观察组，对比两组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率及两组的四肢功能恢复情况。 结果 观察组和对照组骨折愈合时间分别为（5.01±1.02）个月、（6.32±1.20）个月，观察组的骨折愈合时间显著低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的Johner-wruh功能优良率为88.19%，高于对照组的70.00%，并发症发生率为2.08%低于对照组的14.34%，两组的数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折的效果好，对患者的创伤小，术后患者可更快恢复，值得在临床推广。 　　[关键词]四肢骨折；锁定加压钢板；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R658 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）16-229-04 　　Clinical effect analysis of 1250 cases of limb fractures treated with locking compression plate 　　LU Zhiwen 　　Department of Orthopedics， Zengcheng District Xintang Hospital， Guangzhou 511340， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 1250 patients treated with reduction and internal fixation of fracture limbs in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were selected and underwent surgical treatment， including 530 cases of patients with common plate fixation， as control group， another 720 patients choose percutaneous locking compression plate treatment， as the observation group. The fracture healing time， complications and functional recovery of limbs in two groups were compared. Results The average fracture healing times of the observation group and the control group were （5.01±1.02） months， （6.32±1.20）months. The fracture healing time in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， the two groups had significant difference， P0.05. The excellent rate of Johner-wruh in the observation group was 88.19%， which was higher than the control groupwith 70.00%. The complication rate was 2.08%， which was lower than that in the control group with 14.34%， there were significant differences between the two groups of data， P0.05.
