B型脑钠肽同型半胱氨酸水平及踝臂指数在老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者中变化研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨B型脑钠肽（BNP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平和踝臂指数（ABI）在老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者中的变化及其关系，为更好的临床治疗提供参考。 方法 选取2010年9月～2012年12月我院收治的108例老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者，对其Hcy、BNP水平和ABI进行测定，并根据其Hcy水平将患者分为Hcy正常组和Hcy增高组。观察分析两组患者的BNP、ABI、各项生化指标、动脉硬化指标的差异。 结果 108例患者中有82例患者的Hcy水平升高，26例患者的水平Hcy水平正常。与Hcy正常组相比，Hcy增高组患者的BNP显著升高（P0.05）。 结论 大多数老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者的Hcy、BNP、ABI水平会有显著变化，且三者有一定的相关性。 　　[关键词] B型脑钠肽；同型半胱氨酸；踝臂指数；老年皮层下动脉硬化性脑病 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）22-215-02 　　Study the changes of B-type natriuretic peptide， homocysteine levels and ankle-brachial index in elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy 　　LIU Weixuan 　　Department of Geriatrics，the First Peoples Hospital of Changde，Changde 415000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes and relationships of B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）， homocysteine（Hcy）levels and ankle-brachial index （ABI） in elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy， to provide better reference for clinical. Methods 108 elderly patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy in our hospital from September 2010 - December 2012 were selected， patientsHcy、BNP levels and ABI were measured， the patients were divided into Hcy normal group and Hcy elevated group according to the Hcy levels.
