CA125与PCT联合检测对慢阻肺急性加重期抗菌治疗参考价值 　　[摘要] 目的 研究血清CA125?cPCT联合检测对慢阻肺急性加重期抗菌治疗的应用价值。 方法 选取2014年4月～2016年3月我院诊治的慢阻肺急性加重期患者176例为观察对象，另以同期健康体检者88例设为对照组，对比两组血清CA125与PCT浓度。另外将176例患者以数字表法随机分为A组与B组各88例，其中A组根据CA125联合PCT检查结果进行治疗，B组根据PCT检查结果进行用药，对比两组治疗效果。 结果 观察组血清CA125与PCT浓度均显著高于对照组；CA125+PCT组检查的灵敏度、特异性、准确度均显著高于PCT组；A组治疗有效率明显高于B组，二重感染率、抗生素使用时间以及住院时间均显著低于B组。差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 联合检测血清CA125与PCT可提高慢阻肺急性加重期抗菌治疗效果，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 慢阻肺；急性加重期；抗菌治疗；降钙素；血清CA125 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）07-122-04 　　Reference value of combined detection of CA125 and PCT in antibiotic treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period 　　WNAG Fei NIE Sen HUANG Xiaowei SHEN Xiaoxia 　　Department of Respiratory Medicine，Chinese People’s Liberation Army Ninety-eighth Hospital，Huzhou 313000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research application value of combined detection of serum CA125 and PCT in antibiotic treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period.
