BP神经网络预测在乌鲁木齐市可持续发展中应用分析 　　【摘要】本文通过对乌鲁木齐市24个指标组成的城市的发展演变指标（1994年到 2014年21年的数据）进行研究，对研究区内影响城市可持续发展的因子进行定量的分析和预测，通过构建人工神经网络（三次BP神经网络结构）使其自学习、“掌握”不同时段的经济系统发展历程的运行参数，逐渐成为系统结构和功能的映射集成。以不同经济发展水平参数输人网络，通过监测网络各层的联接权重，计算转移函数，便可获得经济指标的动态变化特征态势，最终得到城市在未来6年发展状况的预测结果。 　　【关键词】 BP人工神经网络 乌鲁木齐市可持续发展 应用分析 　　Analysis of the application in the sustainable development of Urumqi city BP neural network prediction 　　Chen Zhiqiang 　　（Hydro group in Xinjiang bingtuan Xinjiang Urumqi 833200） 　　[Abstract] in this paper， through the development of composition of the 24 indicators of Urumqi city city evolution index （1994 to 2014 21 years of data） were studied in the research area， on the influence factor of sustainable development of the city is analyzed and quantitative forecast， by constructing the artificial neural network （BP neural network structure of three） make it self learning master， in different periods of economic development course of operating parameters， gradually become the mapping integration system structure and function. With the parameters of different levels of economic development input network， through the connection weights of each layer of the monitoring network， the calculation of transfer functions， the trend of dynamic change characteristics can obtain economic indicators， finally get the prediction results of city in the next 6 years the development status. 　　[keyword] BP artificial neural network sustainable development in Urumqi City Application Analysis 　　1 乌鲁木齐市自然地理概况 　　新疆维吾尔自治区首府?D乌鲁木齐市位于亚欧大陆腹地，天山北麓中段，准噶尔盆地南端，是世界上离海最远的城市，也是第二座亚欧大陆桥中国西部的枢纽，市区东南西三面环山，北面为平缓的冲积平原，地势东南高，西北低，自然坡度12‰～15‰，海拔680 m～920m。 　　乌鲁木齐市深居内陆，远离海洋，属于中温带大陆干旱气候区。气候特征为：温差大，寒暑变化剧烈；降水量少，且随高度垂直递增；市区冬季寒冷漫长，夏季炎热干燥，四季分配不均。降水主要来自西部水汽，其次是北冰洋南下水汽。市区东南高，西北低，高山区有冰川、积雪，降水量较多，为主要降水区；低山带、平原为农业区，但降水少，天气干旱，一般蒸发量都大于降水量，市区的17年平均蒸发量是降水量的7.8倍，全市人均占有水资源728立方米， 　　通过以上的年降水、降水距平、温度、相对湿度等一般趋势分析，可以看出：乌鲁木齐市区的降水明显增多，温度呈上升趋势，最高、最低温度变化都呈上升趋势，尤其是最低温度上升趋势比较明显，乌鲁木齐市区最近51年的整体气候变化趋势朝暖干方向发展。 　　2 人工神经网络 　　人工神经网络（ANN）是属于人工智
