PAGE 电子商务下库存管理的问题研究 摘 要 从电子商务和库存管理的基本概念出发，探讨了电子商务与库存管理的相关性。库存在企业的采购生产、物流、销售等经营活动中有着重要的作用，现在快速发展的电子商务网络系统可将供应链中供应方、采购方的生产经营系统连接起来，从而实现自动采购、自动订单履行和自动信息交换，为“零库存”的实现提供了更便利的背景。随后以电子商务中的库存管理问题为切入点，介绍了当前电子商务应用的一些情况，在此基础上分析了传统库存管理模式与电子商务库存管理模式，重点分析一系列电子商务应用下库存管理的实施方法。最后介绍了电子商务和库存管理在我国的发展状况及电子商务下库存管理存在的问题，并针对问题提出了相应的改进和措施。 【关键词】：电子商务，供应链，库存管理方法 E-commerce Study on Inventory Management Abstract E-commerce and inventory management from the basic concept, discussed e-commerce and inventory management relevance.
