金匮要略对黄疸病认识及其在临床上应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探究在黄疸病的临床认识以及治疗过程中《金匮要略》所发挥的作用及其对临床治疗的指导作用。方法：从黄疸病的病因、病机、分类以及临床治疗等方面阐述了《金匮要略》对黄疸病的临床认识所发挥的作用及其对临床治疗的指导作用。结果：《金匮要略》中指出黄疸病的病因病机主要包括外感湿热发黄、燥结发黄、寒湿发黄、虚劳发黄、火劫发黄以及女劳发黄等六个方面，其中以湿热发黄为主。在《金匮要略》中黄疸病主要被分为四类，包括谷疸、酒疸、女劳疸以及黑疸。《金匮要略》认为黄疸病的主要病因为湿热发黄，因此，临床治疗黄疸病时应以辨别患者湿热的多少为主，从而选择对症的中药方剂进行治疗。结论：《金匮要略》中对黄疸病的论证内容十分广泛，其内容涉及到了病因、分类、辨证、临床治疗以及预后等，对现代临床黄疸病的诊断以及治疗具有十分重要的临床指导意义。 　　【关键词】 金匮要略； 黄疸病； 临床认识； 临床治疗 　　Clinical Recognization of Jaundice in Jingui Yaolue and the Application /ZHANG Yun-cheng，HU Shi-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（05）：093-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the guidance of Jingui Yaolue for clinical recognization and treatment of jaundice.Method：From etiology，pathogenesis，classification and clinical treatment of jaundice described guidance of Jingui Yaolue.Result：Jingui Yaolue pointed out that the main etiology and pathogenesis of jaundice include exogenous hygropyretic jaundice，dry knot yellow，cold-damp yellow，asthenia yellow，fire and rob yellow and female labor yellow，the main is exogenous hygropyretic jaundice.In Jingui Yaolue jaundice is mainly divided into four categories included cereal jaundice，alcoholic jaundice，sex jaundice and black jaundice.Jingui Yaolue believed the main cause of jaundice is damp heat yellowing，therefore，the clinical treatment of jaundice should identify mainly how much heat，so as to select TCM symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：The contents of jaundice recognization in Jingui Yaolue is very wide，the contents involves the etiology，classification，discriminate，clinical treatment and prognosis，has great clinical significance to modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of jaundice. 　　【Key words】 Jingui Yaolue； Jaundice； Clinical recognization； Clinical treatment 　　First-author’s address：Shenzhen Longgang District Chinese Medicine Hospital，Shenzhen 518172，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.05.023 　　?S疸病的主要临床症状为尿黄、身黄以及目黄等，黄疸病名称的由来来源于《内经》。但是，在《内经》中对于黄疸病的临床治疗方法以及方剂内容等却并未涉及[1-2]。本研究主要探究了在黄疸病的临床认识以
