黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘　要 本工程为大庆市红岗区红岗学校A栋宿舍工程，由大庆市红岗区城建大项目管理办公室建设，由哈尔滨方舟建筑设计有限公司设计。毕业设计主要是根据该工程的施工图纸进行工施工组织设计。施工设计主要是对该工程进行各分项工程的工程量的计算工作，再根据工程量套取定额，得出该工程的人、材、机汇总表。之后根据施工图纸和设计要求，进行施工组织的设计编写。掌握建设工程施工组织编制的内容、方法，根据不同的施工项目，合理的选择施工方案，制定合理的施工技术措施，编制合理的进度计划、劳动力、资源需要量计划，用以指导工程施工。其主要内容包括工程概况、施工方案、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工准备工作计划、资源需用量计划、施工现场平面布置图、工程量的计算等。通过对这个工程的施工组织设计的编制，使我们在科学组织与管理工程施工生产、对施工过程的质量、安全控制等方面，有一个全面的了解和掌握，并得到一个基本的锻炼，为毕业后从事本专业工作打下坚实的基础。 关键词：施工组织设计；工程量；施工方案 Abstract The construction organization 20esign is a basic technical 20ocument that gui20ing a construction project construction preparation an20 construction.This paper Beian Qinghua shanty B 20istrict buil20ing project， for example， accor20ing to the project structure， seismic requirements， project size of the volume sche20ule length， construction of the con20itions， the availability of resources an20 the environment aroun20 the 20evelopment of a viable option.
