中国医学创新目次简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究及生存质量观察 　　【摘要】 目的：比较ATA-ⅡD型自动牵引床和简易实用躯干综合治疗台对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效及生存质量，探讨简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优势。方法：选取2012年10月-2015年9月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组运用简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗，对照组运用ATA-ⅡD型自动牵引床治疗，治疗周期为2周，分别采用健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）比较两组患者治疗前后健康状况和疼痛评分。结果：治疗后，两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低，且对照组低于治疗组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组生存质量各项评分均较治疗前升高，且治疗组评分均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗腰椎间盘突出症能更有效的改善患者生存质量。 　　【关键词】 牵引治疗； 腰椎间盘突出症； 多功能牵引床； 生存质量； 简易实用躯干综合治疗台 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the ATA-ⅡD type automatic traction bed and simple and practical trunk comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy，quality of life and explore the advantages of simple and practical trunk comprehensive treatment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method：From October 2012 to September 2015，60 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，each group had 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with simple and practical trunk comprehensive treatment table and the control group was treated with ATA-Ⅱ D type automatic traction bed，the treatment period was 2 weeks，the health status and pain scores were compared in two groups before and after treatment with the health status questionnaire （SF-36） and visual analogue scale（VAS）.Result：After treatment，the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment，and the control group was lower than the treatment group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the quality of life in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment，and the treatment group were higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Simple and practical trunk comprehensive treatment can be more effective in improving the quality of life for lumbar disc herniation patients. 　　【Key words】 Traction therapy； Lumbar di
